are provisions for you to send in your payment by check. As of July 13th, personal
checks will not be accepted. If you choose not to use a credit card on-line, payment
by Cashier's Check or Money Order is requested.
Participating teams are
coded with numbers and letters. This code is provided in the applications distributed
by the team coaches. You will need this information in order to access the registration
process. If you don't have an application, please contact your coach.

CHAMP CAMP FEES AND DEPOSITS Each team coach,
working with the Champ Camp Staff, will establish their players' fees by selecting
one of the three team options (based on availability): - On-Campus (Resident/Housed Camper)
- Off-Campus (Local/Hotel, Commuter Camper)
- Off-Campus with Meals
The mutually agreed upon plan and its
associated fee will apply to all members of the team.
On-Campus
Plan: To Be Announced
Fee includes dorm room (JHU or Towson), meals (1 meal on Thursday,
3 meals on Friday and Saturday, and 1 meal on Sunday), bus transportation to and
from game sites, event management and operations fees, staff fees, game official
fees, team reversibles, and other player and team awards.
Off-Campus Plan: To Be Announced
Fee includes event management and operations fees, staff fees, game official fees, team reversibles, and other player and team awards.
Off-Campus Meal Plan: To Be Announced
Fee includes meals (1 meal on Thursday, 3 meals on Friday
and Saturday, and 1 meal on Sunday), event management and operations fees, staff
fees, game official fees, team reversibles, and other player and team awards. Off-Campus teams are responsible for their own transportation to and from game sites and to the college campus providing their meals. We do our best to accommodate games schedule for the meals schedule. Champ Camp is not responsible for missed meals due to delay of games or traffic issues.

REFUND POLICY
Full payment is due with the application
and $75.00 of the fee is completely non-refundable. Our refund policy is designed
to minimize the impact to both parties in the event of a player's cancellation.
It applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Due to expenses incurred
with each application, $75 of the participant fee is non-refundable for cancellations
prior to July 13. For cancellations as of July 13, $200.00 of the fee is non-refundable.
The entire fee is non-refundable for ANY early departures or cancellations on
July 23rd.

General
All participants must
check-in on July 24, at the appropriate times listed above. Teams staying at Johns Hopkins or
Towson University will check-in on their individual campus (click
here for directions to Johns Hopkins or Towson).
Day/Local teams will check-in
with their coaches either at their first game or a location and time determined
by the coach.
Johns Hopkins Registration will be held in Wolman Hall from
11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Towson Registration - Teams will be housed in Glen
Towers A and C. Registration location will be posted at the campus. Registration will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Hotel
teams will check-in at their respective hotels. At check-in, participants
will receive dorm and room keys (if applicable) a meal ticket (if applicable),
a team jersey, and an updated tournament schedule for Thursday and Friday only. Late
Check-in Advance notice is required for participants who are unable to check-in
during the allotted time period. If you will require a late check-in, please notify
the registration staff by sending an e-mail to us at laxcamps@yahoo.com.
Please note the numbers given below to contact us the day of check-in. Required
Materials No one will be allowed to participate without all required Registration
Forms completed. These forms are to be completed on-line (top of page). The completed
application deadline is JULY 1st. Medical Questions/Concerns A
member of the training staff will be present to discuss any medical concerns participants
may have. On-Campus Parking Participants staying
at Johns Hopkins or Towson who elect to bring their own vehicle must obtain a
parking pass at check-in. It is the parent and participant's responsibility to
ensure their vehicle remains parked and unused until after check-out. The fee
for parking is established by each campus and can be purchased at check-in. The
fees in the past have been $8.00 to $12.00 per day. Let
the Games Begin First Round tournament games will begin on the afternoon
of Thursday, July 26. This time will be posted on our Tournament page within a
few days of camp. Please check the web site or check with your coach to find out
your first game time and location. Your game may be as early as 3:00pm!
CHECK OUT: SUNDAY, JULY 26th
APPROX. 10:00 to 11:30 AM
Check-Out is for Overnight/Resident Campers Only. At Check-Out, Champ Camp
Participants must have their room inspected by a staff member and return their
room key(s) in order to have their key/damage deposit refunded - Key Deposit Checks
will only be returned at this time.
If you do not retrieve your check at this time, provided your check is returned by the end of check-out and we have no reports of damage to your room or hall, your check will be later destroyed.
You must be out of your room by 11:30 AM.
You are responsible for your own equipment and luggage. No luggage or equipment
can be left in any lobby of the dorms. Champ Camp is not responsible for articles
left in Public areas.
TRANSPORTATION Transportation
Service - PRIOR NOTIFICATION IS MANDATORY Use only Baltimore Washington
International (BWI) airport. Arrivals should be between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, if
possible. Same for Amtrak - use only the Amtrak station at BWI.
On July
26th, departures should not be scheduled before 2:00 PM. Due to air travel challenges,
transportation to BWI will begin at 11:00 AM to ensure timely delivery to the
airport (approx. 40 minute drive). We hope you won't miss your game on Sunday
morning, to be safe, the later your departure time, the better. All campers are
responsible to meet their transportation to BWI - the last available shuttle will
be @ 1:00 PM.

There
is no service or rooms available before check-in or following the check-out day on Sunday. If you need to arrive prior to
check-in, it is your responsibility to secure lodging. We suggest any of the airport
hotels from which a shuttle can be taken to the main terminal for pick-up on check-in day.
