Before registering for Champ Camp, you must obtain a Team Code and Registration Link from your team coach or administrator.

Each team coach or administrator, working with the Champ Camp Staff, establishes their participating players' fees by selecting one of two team options (based on availability):
The mutually agreed upon plan and its associated fee will apply to ALL MEMBERS OF THE TEAM. For logistical and operational reasons, there can be no exceptions.

On-Campus Plan - Housed in a Dorm at Towson University
Team Codes will begin with a “T”
Fee: $675.00
Fee includes dorm room (at Towson University), meals (Dinner on Wednesday, B/L/D on Thursday and Friday, Breakfast on Saturday), event management and operations fees, instructional sessions on Thursday and Friday, staffing fees, game official fees, team reversible, other player and team awards.

On-Campus Participants are responsible for a separate $100 Key/Damage Deposit.


Off-Campus Plan - Local / Hotel / Commuter Team
Team Codes will begin with a “C”
Fee: $425.00
Fee includes event management and operations fees, staff fees, game official fee, team reversible, other player and team awards. Teams are responsible to secure their own housing, meals, and transportation to the game sites.



Full payment is due with the on-line application. $75.00 is completely non-refundable. Our refund policy is designed to minimize the impact to both parties in the event of a player's cancellation. Due to expenses incurred with each application (room & board, staffing, and facilities reservations and guarantees), our policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

As of Wednesday, June 20, 2018, $200.00 is non-refundable. The entire fee paid is non-refundable for ANY early departures or cancellations as of Wednesday, July 11, 2018.

We do our best to accommodate both player and team. Given proper notification by the Team Coach or Team Administrator, should your position be officially replaced prior to July 15th, the cancellation fee will remain at $75.00.

If your team withdraws from the event, a cancellation fee will be incurred and determined by the date of the withdrawal.




On-Campus participants will check in INDIVIDUALLY in the Glen Towers Quad on the campus of Towson University.

Towson Check-In: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Teams will be housed in Glen Towers. Check-in will be held in the Glen Towers quad - Directions

At check-in, On-Campus participants must be paid in full and present a separate Key/Damage Deposit check in the amount of $100.00 payable to “Champ Camp.” Upon confirmation, the participant will receive housing keys and meal tickets. For those with food allergies, please alert the Champ Camp Staff at your check-in. Medical Questions/Concerns can be addressed at Towson check-in locations as well. A member of the training staff will be present to discuss any medical concerns participants may have.

As a Dorm/Resident participant, you must submit a separate $100.00 key deposit check at check-in. This check is NOT deposited prior to camp but is returned at check-out when all keys are returned and the room and hall has passed inspection. The Champ Camp office staff will destroy any refundable Key/Damage Deposit checks not picked up at check out. Checks retained for lost keys will be processed by e-Check immediately by Champ Camp. Checks retained for damages incurred will be also be processed by e-Check following communication with the participant and family.  Key Deposit Checks MUST be received at Check-In on Wednesday, July 11th. Please include participant's name and team # on your check.



On-Campus participants will check out INDIVIDUALLY in the Glen Towers Quad immediately following their final game on Saturday morning.

Towson Check-Out: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (estimated)
Dorms are inspected and "released" by staff members before room key(s) are returned and key/damage deposit refunded - Key Deposit Checks will only be returned at this time. The check you submitted as your deposit is the check that will be returned to you. If you do not retrieve your check at this time, provided your key is returned by the end of check-out, and we have no reports of damage to your room or hall, your check will be destroyed, NOT mailed back to you.
You must be out of your room by noon. You are responsible for your own equipment and luggage. No luggage or equipment can be left in any lobby of the dorms. Champ Camp is not responsible for articles left in Public areas.



Champ Camp Schedule
Champ Camp makes best efforts to release the Champ Camp schedule one week prior to the event. The schedule is sent to Team Coaches and Team Administrators and is posted on the website.

Each team will participate in one game on Wednesday evening, one college practice session and two games on Thursday, one college practice session and two games on Friday, and a game on Saturday morning.


Champ Camp Reversibles
Each participant will receive a Champ Camp reversible jersey. Team Coaches will receive the team’s allocation and distribute the Champ Camp reversibles at their discretion.


Required Materials
No one will be allowed to participate without ALL required Registration Forms completed. ALL forms are a part of the registration process and include Medical Treatment Authorization and Liability waivers.


Medical Staff
Certified Athletics Trainers will be present at all fields and in the dorm each evening, please direct all medical concerns to the Trainers on site.

On-Campus Parking
Participants staying at Towson who elect to bring their own vehicle must obtain a parking pass at check-in. It is the parent and participant's responsibility to ensure their vehicle remains parked and unused until after checking into the camp. The fee for parking is established by each campus and can be purchased at check-in. The fees will range from $9.00/day to $14.00/day depending upon the campus and parking locations.


Participants are responsible for their own transportation to Check-In for Champ Camp on Wednesday, July 11th and from Champ Camp following Check-Out on Saturday, July 14th.

Air Travel
We recommend participants use Baltimore Washington International (BWI) airport. If possible, arrivals should be between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Wednesday. Departures should be scheduled after 3:00 PM on Saturday.
